Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

• Standard delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volumes during festive or promotional periods.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Service Coverage

Currently, Fitsolv ships across India only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹450.

• Orders below ₹450 may incur a standard shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS (where applicable).

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact our support team.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to investigate the shipment and provide an update as quickly as possible.

If a shipment is confirmed to be lost in transit, Fitsolv will arrange either:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

Fitsolv is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
